SEWING BY CAROLYN's SUBSCRIPTION OR PAYMENT PLAN POLICY:

1. Upon action of subscribing to any of the Membership Payment Plans or Subscription, you are agreeing to pay each installment for the duration of the payment plan agreement. We do not offer this service at this time, but we are forward thinking to the future and are endeavoring to think out side the box regarding what may come. We will be updating this policy and will be very clear about our subscription charges and policies at such a time that a course is developed with a subscription or payment schedule. 

You will have one forgiveness period for a late payment in any membership courses. The forgiveness period to correct the issue is 10 days. If any payments, after the forgiveness period, are rejected upon withdrawal, there will be a $25 penalty fee per late payment.

2. You are responsible to ensure that the payments to any membership model courses are made on time. If your account is beyond 30-days overdue, we reserve the right to turn over the account to collections with outstanding interests and accrued costs incurred in order to engage a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to attend engaged by the company; in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable.

3. The Sewing by Carolyn Courses and Memberships are Non-Refundable.

SEWING BY CAROLYN COURSES:

1. Course purchases are non-refundable. 

2. Downloadable Ebooks, and 1:1 Coaching are non-refundable.  

3. The accessibility with regards to Sewing by Carolyn Courses or Memberships are for the duration of the longevity of Sewing by Carolyn as a company, not your lifetime.

REFUND POLICY:

All courses under Sewing by Carolyn's course platform are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes any bundles, sale items, and one-time offer purchases.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided for any digital based product (online programs & subscriptions).

Sewing by Carolyn's Membervault course platform is a digital product service provider - to protect us against fraud, scammers, and theft - we are firm with our refund policy.

If there is a chargeback (dispute) received and is ruled in the clients favor, we will have the police investigate & press theft charges.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By purchasing a product of Sewing by Carolyn via our online course platform (Courses, Memberships, 1:1 Coaching) you are agreeing to the above policies and waiving your rights to pursue any legal action against Sewing by Carolyn, its employees and its contractors.
